"Not a lot to choose from"
I went in looking for something specific, I think it was last week or maybe the week before, and the selection just felt really limited. I kept checking around thinking I’d missed a section, but there really wasn’t much there and I couldn’t find what I needed.

"Support could have been better"
I reached out to customer service about an issue I was having, but the replies were slow and I didn’t really feel like I was getting much help. It may have just been a busy time, but the experience was a bit frustrating. I’d consider using them again if their support improves...

"Not as reassuring as I expected"
I really thought this would make me feel more comfortable, but it was kind of the opposite. After the first night, I just didn’t feel safe using it and decided to stop. Definitely not what I was expecting

"Looked fun at first, but am I missing something?"
I ordered a few glow bits for a party and they did look really nice when we first set them up. But a couple of them stopped working quickly, which was a bit frustrating. Am I missing something, or should they last longer than that for the price? They weren’t terrible, but I did expect a bit more and ended up feeling a little disappointed.

"Really awkward site to use"
I tried using theglowcompany.co and it was a bit of a headache. The pages didn’t feel very clear, and it took way longer than it should have to find basic things. Some of the buttons and menus were in odd places, almost like they hadn’t really thought about how people would actually use the site.
Maybe others have an easier time with it, but for me it just wasn’t straightforward at all. After clicking around and getting more annoyed than anything, I gave up. I probably wouldn’t use it again unless they make it a lot easier to navigate

"Probably not worth the price"
I mean, maybe it’s worth it for someone else, but for me it just felt way too expensive for what it is. I don’t think I’d buy it again.

I sent my order back and was told my refund would be processed within a few days. Of course, that didn’t happen, and I ended up having to email them again just to get some basic response.
They kept saying it was “being checked,” but nobody could give me a clear date or a proper update. it felt like they were happy to leave me chasing them for my own money, which is ridiculous.

The products might be fine, but their refund process was awful in my case. I blame them completely for making something simple so frustrating, and I won’t be ordering from them again

The product itself was fine, so no complaints there, but the delivery experience was frustrating. Tracking barely updated, and the parcel arrived later than expected, which made the whole thing feel unreliable. I understand delays can happen, but it would’ve been nice to get better updates or at least an apology for the inconvenience.

The delivery was a lot slower than I expected. I ordered thinking it would arrive in a normal timeframe, but it felt like it took forever, and I kept checking for updates because I wasn’t sure if something had gone wrong.
Not the best experience, tbh. I don’t mind waiting a little, but this felt like too much, you know? I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something soon.

I stopped in hoping to grab a few things, but pretty much everything I wanted was out of stock. The place seemed fine, I guess, and maybe I just caught them on a bad day, but it was still disappointing to leave without anything.

When my order showed up, I could tell quickly that it wasnt right. Some of the colours were totally different from what I picked, and one item was missing altogether.
I emailed them about it, but it took ages to get an actual helpful reply. Its just frustrating when you pay for something and they cant even send the right stuff.

"Kinda disappointed ngl"
I ordered this light-up item and it looked cool at first, tbh. But once I actually used it, it felt kinda cheap. One part stopped working after just a few days, which was annoying. It’s not the worst thing ever, but for the price I def expected better quality.
